To celebrate 78th Independence Day, PAF Skyview Golf & Sports Complex organized an Azadi Open Amateurs Day Match on 30th August, 2025. However, due to heavy rainfall the event was re-scheduled to 6 Sep, 2025 (Defence Day). More than 50 participants competed for the trophies. The 09 holes match had three categories including Amateurs, Senior Amateurs and Ladies. After a fierce competition under the clear sky and on the lush green fairways, a prize distribution ceremony was organized. Net and Gross prizes were distributed among the winners. Additionally, Long drive competition and Closest to pin trophy was also awarded. The event culminated with a friendly get together of all participants over Hitea at Golfers’ Lounge at the club.
